Should you accidentally delete or over-write a file or email, we can recover them back to any one of those points. It is worth remembering, however, that if a file or email was created and deleted in the same day, it is unlikely to have been backed up. |

In the event of a temporary outage that affected your ability to access your Forget About IT® server (for example a power cut), we can access copies of your files on the backup servers. Obviously what we then do with the data will depend on the circumstances, but the file could be emailed, printed out and faxed, posted on an FTP site, or even read to you over the phone. |
