Sieve is a standardise message rule system that can run on both email clients and email servers. Our Forget About IT® servers implement these rules, which are documented in RFC5228.

In order to access your rules, we have added a plug-in in the Webmail system. You can access this by clicking on Filters on the top menu, or go into Options and click on Message Filters.

You can automatically move messages into sub-folders, forward messages, reply to them, send a notification, and many other options. These filters will work regardless of what email client software you use, or whether you are on-line or not, as they are all carried out by the server, as soon as the message reaches your mailbox.
