Loss of Data

All our servers are backed up every night to two separate backup servers. These servers are located off-site in a server farm. Each one of these servers keeps a history of backups that mimics a tape rotation system. We therefore keep daily backups for a week, the weekly backups for a month and the monthly backups for a year.

Should you accidentally delete or over-write a file or email, we can recover them back to any one of those points. It is worth remembering, however, that if a file or email was created and deleted in the same day, it is unlikely to have been backed up
