All our servers have mirrored hard drives, so the loss of a single hard drive does not constitute a disaster.

We will be contacted by the server the moment a hard drive failure is detected, and can then quickly arrange for a replacement drive to be fitted.

All of our servers are fitted with hot-swap hard drive bays, so if necessary we can replace a hard drive without any downtime, although we prefer to test that the system will reboot properly after the swap has been carried out.
