#Login to your computer
#If in office - Connect computer to office network (docking station/cable or wifi)
#If out of the office (e.g KAM) - Connect computer to the Internet then connect via VPN to the office network
#Close all applications
#Press CTRL+ALT+DEL
#Choose Change Password
#Enter once old password
#Press TAB key to go to next field
#Enter new password
#Press TAB key to go to next field
#Enter new password again to confirm
#Press Enter (or click -> arrow button)
#Wait for confirmation password was changed

How to choose a secure password

Change your Domain Account password via a Windows computer joined to Domain (computer access / vpn)

 Instructions below requires a domain joined computer and vpn access (if done outside office network)
  1. Login to your computer
  2. If in office - Connect computer to office network (docking station/cable or wifi)
    If out of the office (e.g KAM) - Connect computer to the Internet then connect via VPN to the office network
  3. Close all applications
  4. Press CTRL+ALT+DEL
  5. Choose Change Password
  6. Type once old password
  7. Press TAB key to go to next field
  8. Type new password
  9. Press TAB key to go to next field
  10. Type new password again to confirm
  11. Press Enter (or click -> arrow button)
  12. Wait for confirmation password was changed
  13. OK

Outlook 2016

  1. Close/Reopen Outlook
  2. Wait to be prompted for password
  3. Change password by typing new one
  4. Make sure Save Password option is ticked
  5. OK
  6. Press Send/Receive
  7. Send a message
  8. Wait to be prompted for password
  9. Change password by typing new one
  10. Make sure Save Password option is ticked
  11. OK

Outlook 2010

  1. Close/Reopen Outlook
  2. Go to File tab
  3. Go to Account Settings > Accounts Settings
  4. Double click your work email address (related to your domain account)
  5. Change the password by typing new one
  6. Press Next button
  7. Wait for test to Complete
  8. Ok
  9. Finish
  10. Close

IPhone Mailbox

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Go yo Passwords & Accounts
  3. Select your work email account
  4. Click your work email address
  5. Change the password by typing new one
  6. Done
  7. Click your work email address again
  8. Click the SMTP server
  9. Click the Primary server (top one)
  10. Change the password by typing new one
  11. Done

iPad Mailbox
