Minimum password requirements
Please consult your company policy
Change your Domain Account password (computer access / vpn)
- Login to your computer
- If in office - Connect computer to office network (docking station/cable or wifi)
- If out of the office (e.g KAM) - Connect computer to the Internet then connect via VPN to the office network
- Close all applications
- Press CTRL+ALT+DEL
- Choose Change Password
- Enter once old password
- Press TAB key to go to next field
- Enter new password
- Press TAB key to go to next field
- Enter new password again to confirm
- Press Enter (or click -> arrow button)
- Wait for confirmation password was changed
Outlook 2016
- Close/Reopen Outlook
- Wait to be prompted for Password
- Change password
- Make sure Save Password option is ticked
- OK
- Press Send/Receive
- Send a message
- Wait to be prompted for Password
- Change password
- Make sure Save Password option is ticked
- OK
Outlook 2010
- Close/Reopen Outlook
- Go to File tab
- Go to Account Settings > Accounts Settings
- Double click your work email address (related to your domain account)
- Change the password
- Press Next button
- Wait for test to Complete
- Ok
- Finish
- Close
IPhone Mailbox
- Go to Settings
- Passwords & Accounts
- Select your work email account
- Click your work email address
- Change the password
- Done
- Click your work email address - again
- Click the SMTP server
- Click the Primary server (top one)
- Change the password
- Done
iPad Mailbox
