If you are using our shared email server, then you can log in to Webmail by going to https://webmail.supporting-role.net/, enter your username and password when prompted, and then click on either the Webmail Basic or the Webmail Plus link. The first is a simpler, less flashy webmail system, that works well with slow connections and slow or older computers, whereas the second has lots of little extra functions that require a newer browser and a faster computer and connection. You can switch between them without losing any data.
Dedicated Forget About IT® Email Server
If you have a Forget About IT® server via the email server module, then to get to your Webmail interface you need to use your external server name. We usually set this up as mail.yourdomain.com or server.yourdomain.com, so for example https://mail.supporting-role.co.uk/.
You may get a security warning. This will be because the encryption certificate is signed by Forget About IT® Ltd, and your browser may not recognise it. Most browsers have the option to save the certificate, or you can install our root certificate by following these instructions.
If you are not sure of your external server name, please give us a call.
